Do I need my Eligibility Card before the SB-003 class?
The card comes from your county sheriff and the class completes the training requirement. Register any time; your checklist keeps the order straight and the store team will move your date if the card runs late.
How old do I need to be?
Training classes are open at 18. CHP applicants are generally 21+ (18–20 may qualify for an emergency-permit path through the sheriff). Handgun and full-auto rentals are 21+.
Can I rent a firearm for class?
Yes, subject to availability and the rental age rules. Tell us at registration or ask a store assistant.
Is membership worth it for one class?
For the Two Day SB-003 class the member price saves $100 — more than the first month of Basic ($44.99 plus $25 initiation). Every tier also includes a free 2-hour class.
What should I bring?
Photo ID, closed-toe shoes, a ball cap. Eye and ear protection are available at the store. Firearms arrive unloaded and cased, with no magazine inserted.
How do I cancel or reschedule a class?
Contact the store team from your account page or the help button on any step. The class cancellation policy is being finalized and will appear here and at checkout.
How do I cancel a membership?
Email membership@dcfguns.com at least 30 days in advance to prevent an additional monthly charge. To cancel after using the free training included in a tier, the member must have either paid 6 months of dues or the discounted class price.
