Built for the places people gather
Churches & houses of worship
Greeters, ushers, parking teams and a trained safety team that knows its roles on a Sunday morning — and on a Wednesday night.
Schools & preschools
Private, charter, parochial and co-op schools: staff awareness, practical drills, reunification and the plan behind the plan.
Ministries & nonprofits
Camps, shelters, food banks and outreach — anywhere your people gather in numbers and the doors are open.
Consult. Assess. Train. Sustain.
Four steps, in that order — because training without a plan is a class, and a plan without training is a binder.

Plain answers
Do we have to be armed to work with you?
No. Most programs start with awareness, de-escalation, medical response and a plan. Armed response is an option for organizations whose policy allows it and whose team members meet Colorado requirements — we help you think it through, not push you into it.
Where does training happen?
On your campus whenever possible — your doors, your hallways, your sanctuary or gym — with range portions at a DCF location.
How big does our team need to be?
There is no minimum. A three-person team with clear roles beats a fifteen-person team with none. We scope to what you have.
What does it cost?
Programs are scoped and quoted per organization after a consultation, because a 60-person chapel and a 1,200-student campus are not the same job. The consultation itself is free.
Can our team members also become DCF members?
Yes — many do, so they can keep skills current on the range between refreshers. Ask about group pricing when we talk.
